Mein schönstes Weihnachtsgeschenk? Der Launch unserer MileGuy App! 🚀

✈️ Wer mich kennt, der weiß, dass ich viel und gern reise - vor allem in der Business oder First Class. Ich habe gelernt, wie man viele Flugmeilen "auf dem Boden" sammelt ohne Vielflieger zu sein.

👨🏼‍🏫 Nach zwei Jahren des "Lernens" hatte ich 2019 genug Expertenwissen, um es zu teilen. Aber wie? Seminare, Blog, Vlog...
Irgendwie haben sich diese Optionen nicht richtig angefühlt, denn das Thema des Meilensammeln ist kompliziert, zeitaufwändig und man muss am Ball bleiben.

📱 Dann kam die Idee! Eine App! Mockups schnell angefertigt und Feedback eingeholt. Das Problem? Ich konnte nicht coden. Also habe ich einen Co-founder gesucht und nach nur 9 Monaten tatsächlich einen gefunden, der auch Bock auf die App hatte - Dennis Glowiszyn.

🤝 Dennis und ich haben 2020 direkt den Prototypen gebaut, online in Video Calls gepitcht, dabei unseren Angel Investor gefunden und 2021 die GmbH gegründet. Neben unseren Jobs eine GmbH zu managen und eine App zu entwickeln ist echt hart und dauert länger, als wenn man sich "Vollzeit" auf sein Business konzentriert. Umso stolzer sind wir auf unser Produkt!

💬 Dennoch stehen wir erst am Anfang unserer Reise und jeglicher Support ist super hilfreich. Wir sind super dankbar für Feedback, Verbesserungsvorschläge, Funktionen, die ihr gerne sehen würdet, oder einfach Gedanken und Eindrücke zur App. Eure Meinung ist mega wertvoll für uns, da sie uns hilft, ein noch besseres Produkt zu entwickeln.

sunset, infinity pool, beer 🌅🏊🏻‍♂️🍺
I left the Canaries December 19th but I have to show you more of ! The last 3 nights I enjoyed in the “Villas”. This means exclusive rooms with a private pool for just a couple of villas. Snacks and drinks are included all day, as well as breakfast, tea time pastry and evening tapas with an everyday special cocktail at the Mirador Restaurant with ocean view. The friendly staff here is just great!
There are two very nice persons, who made the stay unforgettable:
1. Mr Ernesto Forner from check-in, who give me the opportunity to stay in the Villas.
2. , who left a farewell surprise in my room - a bottle of my favourite wine, some sweets and a very nice letter.
These guys made the stay special. It was just over the top! Muchas grazias! 🙏🏻

Champagne for breakfast?! 😱
Why not?! Some would say, this is opulence. The others would say, besides Cava it‘s low carb food on the plate: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages... 😂

Thanks to a status match from Hilton Gold (instant access: link in bio) I got Platinum Elite status. So upgraded my basic room to a King Deluxe room in the highest floor with this beautiful view. I enjoyed it after shower with a cup of coffee. Thanks ! 🙏🏻

Feels like Formula One driver. 🏎
In Business Class on 787 you have three-point seatbelts over the shoulder and noise canceling headphones. These are pretty good. You don’t hear the engines of the aircraft - sweet dreams in the Dreamliner.

As geographer I love to travel to different metropolises. Especially to them with villages in between.
This is the view of my suite in which I get as upgrade for six days! As valued Gold or Diamond Member you can get A LOT in hotels.
