This is the poster for the kids’ game called „Magic School: The New Generation’s secret power“ I illustrated for .eu for the Bulgarian food company Olympus. When I was a kid, I looooved drawing houses in cross-section and playing with them like a doll house. If I find my old drawings, I’ll post them here 🦖🏠

Can’t believe I haven’t posted this project yet. I loved working on this kids’ game with .eu for the Bulgarian food company Olympus last year! It‘s an educational game designed to help early school-age children develop emotional intelligence and soft skills. The characters are 10 different animals, each representing an emotion:
anger 🐸 happiness 🐸 shyness 🐸 fear 🐸 loneliness 🐸 tension 🐸 love 🐸 guilt 🐸 anxiety 🐸 sadness

Feeling all of these emotions regularly. You could say I have a zoo inside me 🐘

My list of all Bulgarian things I 💚 (and there’s more! To be continued).

Even though I grew up in Germany, Bulgaria always felt like my true home. It was the place where people accepted me and where I could just blend in. Growing up in Leipzig in the 90s with black hair and dark eyes wasn’t always easy and I think that’s why I always wanted to go to Bulgaria every summer. Even now as an adult I always miss it when I’m away. However, with elections coming up next week I am soooo worried. It feels like while democracy is finally coming back to Hungary, things in Bulgaria might be moving in the opposite direction.
