Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and increase sales. The ideal candidate will focus on networking, relationship building, and strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent Spectrum at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track and report on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in IT industry).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Greek (Russian is an advantage).
