All dreams should come true — and INKTECH helps make children’s wishes a reality 🎄✨

This year, we decided to give a truly meaningful Christmas gift — and not just one.
We reached out to Archbishop Makarios III Hospital, where more than 50 children are spending Christmas in hospital rooms instead of at festive celebrations.

But should that mean their dreams don’t come true?

The INKTECH team came together and raised funds so that every child could feel the magic of the season and receive a gift they had long wished for.
Toys, educational games and books, clothes, gadgets, and much more — our team personally delivered these presents to the hospital to hand them to the children and see their smiles.

May this New Year bring a little more warmth, kindness, and belief in miracles to the world.

We’re all afraid of conflict in one way or another. For many of us, conflict is associated with shouting or even a fight. But in reality, conflict can look very different: a calm conversation, a clear presentation of your ideas, a simple exchange of viewpoints.

Conflict is actually a point of growth. It helps you:

• spot weaknesses in a project and correct them in time;
• make decisions that save a lot of time, money (and nerves, honestly);
• achieve the highest possible quality;
• agree on shared rules and expectations.
So how do you handle conflict at work in a way that doesn’t (lead to a fight, haha) offend anyone or break healthy team communication?
