Allsoft Ecommerce increased the conversion of orders on the Kaspersky Lab website by 7%!

We set the goal to achieve and maintain a consistently high conversion rate and did it! We optimized payment processing, redesigned the Kaspersky Lab's shopping cart, analyzed the effectiveness and frequency of banner ads, added an option for automatic renewal for all "home" products and license types of the company, including renewals for a month and a year.

Together with the conversion rate, we increased the average purchase check in the online store, and accelerated the download of orders by 30%. The effectiveness of all changes was confirmed by the results of A/B testing.

Moreover, we provided Kaspersky Lab support staff with access to order data, which increased customer loyalty, communication efficiency and speed of resolution of issues. We can help your business grow too!

Allsoft Ecommerce has completed the project of upgrading the telephony platform – multilingual Contact Center was deployed in Naumen 7.1. The new platform allows launching customers support projects of any complexity within 1-2 days, as well as flexible configuring telephony, reporting system, operator scripts.

The solution improves the quality of services in terms of customer recognition through integration with internal resources, reduction of the number of internal transfers and the processing time of calls. Easy customization of the project settings gives an opportunity to provide partners with the full access to various sections of analytical data and use digitized client experience for the improvement of products and services.

Recently we have conducted a study to get direct feedbacks about our services and to find out how else we can improve and optimize our cooperation.
