For Ministerio di Tráfiko, Transporte i Planifikashon Urbano (VVRP), we conducted a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s ICT landscape.

The baseline assessment provides a clear and objective view of the current state of ICT, including systems, processes, policies and the organization’s level of digital maturity.

On behalf of Quality, Lendrick Calmes presented the findings to VVRP’s directors and management team. These insights now provide a concrete starting point for making targeted decisions on how to further strengthen and modernize the ministry’s ICT function.

Based on the recommendations in the report, VVRP will take next steps to improve digital services, information security, operational efficiency and organizational support.

For Quality Caribbean, projects like these are highly meaningful: creating clarity in complex ICT environments, translating findings into practical recommendations and helping organizations move forward based on well-founded insights.

Sometimes, the right internship does more than support a study path. It gives someone a real view of the profession, the team and the direction in which they may want to grow.

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐚ç𝐚𝐨.

During his time with us, Gabriel gained hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, learned how to work with technologies such as firewalls, and discovered what it means to operate in a professional IT environment. Beyond the technical side, he also experienced the value of open communication and feedback from colleagues across the company, including our team in the Netherlands.

What stood out most is that this internship gave him more than just practical experience. It helped him build a clearer picture of professional life and of the kind of work environment in which he can continue to develop himself.

For us, that is what an internship should offer. Someone should be truly involved and given the opportunity to learn in practice.

Today, we are proud to support C-Stars U17 as sponsor in their match against Excelsior Rotterdam.

After arriving from Curaçao last Saturday, the team is spending a special week in the Netherlands. For some of the boys, it is their first time here, which makes this experience even more meaningful. We are proud to support them during this week and to contribute to the development of young talent through sport.
