Houston, we have landed!

As we shoot for the stars, with a Raising starts, we have landed on the Moon. Not a bad start, don’t you think?

Meeliana is one of 24 teams selected to continue participating in the program Raising Starts 2.0, within the second phase of the program. We continue our development through individual sessions with a business and technology mentor and provided financial support, which will further facilitate our development and global breakthrough! The Raising Starts support program for startups in the earliest stages of development is implemented by STP Belgrade with the support of the Government of Switzerland, in partnership with STP Niš and STP Čačak within the Technopark project Serbia 2 - Encouraging exports through the development of technology parks.

We are ready to burn some fuel and meet us on the next planet.

Meeliana went around the world!

As part of the Serbian business delegation, led by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia, Meeliana had a chance to present itself at the World's Expo 2020 in Dubai. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia is a national association of all Serbian businesspeople, which serves the best interests of its members and the Serbian economy, owing to its tradition, experience, and knowledge.

World's Expo is one of the oldest and largest international events on the planet, taking place every five years and lasting six months. It is a festival for all, where everyone can experience, explore, innovate and have fun by sharing ideas and working together.

Meeliana team used this opportunity to meet and present the platform to various industry professionals, consultants, engineers, and other experts from around the globe. It was a great experience for all of us to be able to attend this conference, make connections and gather feedback. We are proud of what we have accomplished & look forward to new opportunities in the future.

Shoot for the stars.

Start big and lift off fast, that was our idea about raising.

Meeliana is supported through the Raising Starts program, intended for startups in the earliest stages of development of innovative products and services, which with the support of the Government of Switzerland implements the Science and Technology Park Belgrade, in partnership with the Science and Technology Park Nis and the Science and Technology Park Cacak, within project Technopark-Serbia 2 - Encouraging exports through the development of technology parks.

The very best teams will move on to the Phase 2 of the competition where they receive funding, extended business, and mentoring support in order to improve their product even more. We hope that Meeliana will be among those great projects and teams.

Raising Stars is an amazing business accelerator program that provides great mentorship, and invaluable business experience, and creates a network of startups and their founders.

Back in 2021, the European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) met Meeliana, during the Jumpstarter Programme, a pre-seed acceleration programme backed by the EU.

The European Institute of Innovation & Technology (EIT) is an independent agency of the European Union guided by a single mission: to deliver innovation across Europe. The EIT brings to life partnerships between leading business, education, and research organizations that collectively share the ambition to make the European Union among the most innovative regions in the world.

As part of Urban Mobility, Meeliana got support for its mission to make EU cities smarter. We were mentored by successful leaders who helped us create a sustainable business plan and develop a strategy that will maximize impact and help us become industry leaders.
