This winter, we hosted something special: Navixy Winter Olympics Edition. What started as a fun team gathering quickly turned into a showcase of creativity, energy, and true team spirit.

Two brand-new sports were born:
🔹 A highly competitive (and surprisingly strategic) tortilla-throwing championship
🔹 An extreme hybrid of skiing + mountain sledding that may or may not deserve its own federation
🔹 And of course… we unveiled our global Navixy uniforms — because every great competition needs a strong team identity.

We operate across countries and time zones — but when we come together, even for tortilla-throwing, we build the kind of trust and alignment that directly impacts how fast we move and how well we deliver.

This week our team met for a hands-on workshop about staying resilient. We talked about how to stay grounded when life or work gets intense, and everyone shared what actually works for them day-to-day.

A few simple practices that came up:
🔹Micro-meditation. 5 minutes in the morning, 5 minutes before bed. Manageable and surprisingly effective.
🔹Breathing with long exhales. A quick reset for the nervous system when things feel heavy.
🔹Face relaxation. Unclenching the jaw, softening the forehead… tiny adjustments that release stress you didn’t even notice.

Small habits that make space for clarity and calm. 💙

Cool weather couldn't stop our Navixy Belgrade team from hitting the track at the Belgrade Half Marathon .

We each ran at our own pace, and the best part was feeling the support from one another along the way. Different speeds, same spirit. That’s what makes a team. 💎

What happens when you mix Continuous Learning with Communicate Openly? You don’t get theory. You get real talk.

We gathered a small crew for a team communication workshop — no slides, no speeches, pure practice. We unpacked tricky situations, shared what actually helps (and what doesn’t), and figured out how to keep collaboration with other teams smooth instead of stressful.

It felt a bit like therapy, a bit like learning, and a lot like growing together. And honestly… that’s the kind of culture we want to build every day. 💙

We love a good game. Just give us a reason! Especially when it’s a spooky mystery that makes you think fast and laugh even faster. 💀

This Halloween, our Western Hemisphere team joined Escape From the Haunted Ship, a virtual adventure where survival depended on cracking eerie puzzles before the clock ran out. The ship was cursed, the pressure was on, and teamwork was our only way out!

Turns out, nothing brings people together like a good scare and a clever riddle.
