Here's something 'bout iens
I'm always drawing. I've gained a great habit of carrying at hand a piece of paper / notebook / a supermarket bill and a pen or pencil; just to scribble ideas. I really like sketches and value them more than final pieces. I usually don't elaborate much my drawings. I
like the instant idea and the rough projection of it. Most of the time trying to "make it pretty" destroys the concept and, for me, it's not so truthful. Classes, talks and meetings are the places where I draw most. People feel intimidated by this because they tend to think that I'm not paying attention, maybe it's just creatively listening. I carry a personal notebook, like a graphic diary, and many times I draw on waste materials or just stuff I find where I am - like napkins, flyers, candy wraps, pieces of paper and so on. It's my artistic name, just swapped the letters in Inês and instead of using the little hat ^ (that only exists in Portuguese) I write an accent to the right and other to the left on top of the letter "e". It doesn't exist of course so I can only do it when it's handwritten. You can see it when i sign my drawings. hope you have fun with all the monsters and stuff
