Nothing in design is accidental. ✍🏼
Every element in a logo has a purpose. Defining proportions, distances, and placement.
Everything has a reason. Everything is intentional.

Construction lines reveal what’s behind great branding: structure, proportion, and intentional design. 📐

At DBC Design, we don’t just create logos. We build visual systems that make sense and make impact.

A brand designed to grow as a franchise, but without losing its unique soul. 🍕
The challenge: an unusual name—symbols, unexpected spelling.
The solution? Embrace and elevate those elements to make them the core of the concept.
Because great design doesn’t just adapt—it gives meaning to what already exists.

Here are the three proposals we developed before landing on the final version.
Which logo would you have picked? 🤔

For this project, the challenge was clear: turn a name with symbols and unusual spelling into a concept with identity and franchise potential. 🍕

How we brought 'Roses & Thorns' to Life 🌹

This project was a collaboration with DNGL, a Medellín-based streetwear brand, to design their Roses & Thorns collection. From conceptualization to art direction and photography, we worked closely with the client to craft a compelling visual narrative.

The collection delves into the duality of beauty and pain, symbolized by roses and thorns. Painting became the key graphic element, present in every garment as a raw and authentic form of expression. 🖌

Additionally, several portfolio images were enhanced using artificial intelligence, elevating the campaign’s aesthetic and creative vision.🔝

Roses & Thorns 🌹
We teamed up with DNGL to design a collection that explores the beauty–pain duality. From concept to art direction, painting became the core graphic language across every garment. 🖌
We even used AI to take the visuals further.

So... which one are you voting for? 🤔

As part of our branding project for Sanctus, we explored different directions to express its core concept: superiority. 🔝
More than just a clothing brand, Sanctus was envisioned as a lodge—an exclusive identity captured in detail through its logo system and brandbook.

These were the logo proposals that led us to the final mark.
Which one would you have chosen? 👆🏼

✏️This year we developed a branding project for Sanctus, a Colombian clothing brand. The project included the design of its logo and variations, based on an in-depth conceptualization process. Our goal was to convey the idea of "superiority", leading to the conclusion that Sanctus is more than just a clothing brand—it is a lodge. This concept, subtly inspired by Freemasonry and its sense of exclusivity, was captured in a highly detailed brandbook, which also included all stationery elements.
We then moved on to designing the first collection, consisting of 15 men's and women's garments, each embodying the brand's identity.

If this were your brand, which option would you go for? 🧐
Swipe through the proposals we designed — all three share a common concept: a dove of peace 🕊

This symbol was key to honoring the story behind the brand — a coffee created by victims of Colombia’s armed conflict.
