🆕ANSAS SP120F
🟠 Overview
Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) are currently widely used, particularly low forward voltage Schottky diodes employing MOS structures.
With SOD-123FL package and PMCD chip, ANSAS's SP120F enables improvement of the VF and IR simultaneously, which are typically trade-offs.
🟠 Electrical parameters
Compared with standard Schottky rectifiers (ex. MBR120LSF), SP120F has 6% reduced VF and 82.5% decreased IR.
