In the current market, prices are constantly rising. The issue isn't the price itself, but whether you can actually get the goods. Inventory is limited, and prices are constantly changing. Our customers are buying as fast as they can. Only when you try to buy in this market do you realize which suppliers truly have the capacity to supply.
The Chinese Lunar New Year is approaching. We don't know what the prices will be like after the New Year.

Fast Technology, January 28th News:
AI demand has become the most convenient excuse for price increases across various industries. Memory and flash memory prices have been rising for over half a year, all attributed to AI demand. After boosting the stock prices of flash memory suppliers a few days ago, US stocks started rising again tonight.
On Wednesday, US time, the storage sector continued to rise. Seagate surged 8%, Western Digital rose 6%, and SanDisk and Micron also increased by 3% and 5% respectively. It's worth noting that the stock prices of these storage giants have increased by two to three times, or even more than ten times, in the past year.
However, the storage sector hasn't peaked yet. Recently, any positive news seems to trigger a surge in stock prices. Tonight's surge in Seagate and Western Digital stocks was due to Seagate management's statement that Q3 revenue is expected to reach $2.9 billion, with a fluctuation of $100 million, exceeding analysts' forecast of $2.77 billion.
Seagate's future performance expectations surpassed even the analysts' optimistic projections. The surge in AI demand for storage first drove up HBM memory prices, then DRAM memory prices, and now HDD mechanical hard drives are also experiencing a boom due to AI demand. Data centers require massive amounts of HDD drives, ranging from petabytes to exabytes of capacity.
Seagate and Western Digital are the main HDD suppliers. The oligopoly in this field is even more severe than in the memory and flash memory markets. Both companies' production capacity for this year is already sold out, and order visibility continues to improve. Their production capacity for next year is also expected to be quickly snapped up by large customers such as cloud service providers.
