SAMPLE OEM PROJECT — DEMONSTRATION, NOT A CUSTOMER ORDER

When a buyer approaches GALAX for a smartwatch OEM project, this is the process we recommend:

1. Buyer need
2. Model review
3. Sample verification
4. Function confirmation
5. QC plan
6. Production and shipment planning

Why publish a demonstration?

Because an OEM supplier should make its process clear before asking a buyer to commit to bulk production.

GALAX recommends sample verification before bulk production. We do not treat a catalog description as the final project specification.

Exact features, target-market compatibility, customization scope, testing plan, MOQ, lead time and compliance documents are confirmed by model and project before production.

For a focused project review, send:
• Company name
• Target market
• Required functions
• Estimated quantity
• Project timeline

Before approving a bulk smartwatch order, ask your supplier to confirm these five points:

1. Exact functions included in the selected model — not a generic catalog list.
2. Compatibility with your target market, including LTE bands, positioning and app languages.
3. Tests completed before mass production and before shipment.
4. Changes that require a new sample or renewed approval.
5. What happens if a function or delivery date changes after confirmation.

At GALAX, we recommend sample verification before bulk production. Specifications, customization scope, testing plan, MOQ, lead time and compliance documents are confirmed by model and project before production.

A responsible OEM should also tell you when a lower-cost model already meets the requirement, instead of adding unnecessary functions and risk.

For a focused initial review, send your company, target market, required functions, estimated quantity and timeline.
