⚑ Ever wonder why LED lights don't just burn themselves out?

It's not magic β€” it's an aluminum PCB.

Most circuit boards are made of fiberglass. Great for your phone. Terrible for anything that runs hot. When a high-power LED or a power transistor pumps out heat, a regular board traps it like a blanket. Components degrade. Brightness fades. Things fail.

Aluminum PCB flips the script. Instead of fiberglass, the base is solid aluminum β€” and aluminum loves moving heat. Copper traces on top, a whisper-thin insulation layer in the middle, aluminum on the bottom. Heat flows down and out. Problem solved.

PCB Cloning (or Reverse Engineering) isn't just copyingβ€”it's the art of extracting complete design data to replicate a board's exact functionality. Here is our hardcore 6-step process:
1️⃣ Prep & Physical Analysis πŸ“Έ
We document every detail: specs, layers, diode/triode polarities, and even the IC chip notch directions. HD photos are a must!
2️⃣ Desolder & Clean πŸ› οΈ
All components are removed. We deep-clean the pads and wash the board with specialized solvent for a spotless surface.
3️⃣ HD Scan & Image Processing πŸ–¨οΈ
We scan at 1200+ DPI! Sometimes we lightly polish the copper for contrast. For multi-layer boards? We sand them layer-by-layer or use X-ray scanning! ☒️
4️⃣ Schematic Restoration πŸ’»
Using Altium Designer or KiCad, we trace lines, test continuity with multimeters, and rebuild the complete schematic & BOM.
5️⃣ Layout & Ge**er Generation πŸ“
