The best use period of stage rental screens is the first 2–3 years. Customers who hold many activities and do well will add screens and replace screens very quickly. Many customers sell the screens after 2–3 years and then buy new ones. The reasons are as follows:
1. With the increase of years of use, the color and brightness of LED lamp beads will change. Even the best screen will have a certain color difference and light decay after long use.
2. The color and brightness of screens from different production batches are not consistent. Customers want to hold larger activities and use larger screens from the same batch, so they will sell the old batches and buy new batches.
3. The failure rate of components will increase with the increase of years and frequency of use
It is a bit like gambling for customers to buy second-hand screens from the market, and it is difficult to buy good ones. The reasons are as follows:
1. The service life and frequency of use stated by the seller cannot be checked. This is different from buying a used car. Used cars have mileage that can be checked and cannot be faked.
2. There is no guarantee of after-sales service. Most of the second-hand screens on the market have passed the warranty period. If there is a problem, it is not certain that someone can be found to solve it.
3. The color and brightness are not as good as new screens, and the failure rate is also worrying. If there is an issue with the module, it is estimated that there will be no spare modules/lamp beads from the same batch to replace it. Only new batches can be used. When the new batch and the old batch are assembled together, there will be obvious color difference.
