Q:Just bought SSD with HD Tune view health status will be: (05) reallocate the number of sectors
A: Early SSD does not support this feature, and therefore may be detected abnormal, but to eliminate this concern, if the product is detected out of health alert, it is recommended to contact customer service for further confirmation. Q:Why the BIOS can't detect the drive？
A:There may be the following

reasons:
a. The component are damaged because of wrong input-voltage;
b. Q:How to backup the data? How long can I keep the data? A:All storage media, including CD, hard disk, SSD are not permanent storage. And we suggest you to backup the data to several drive to decrease the risk. Q:Do we need to format the new SSD? Which format will be better? A:You need to format the new SSD first, and we suggest you take NTFS format under Windows OS. Q:The OS prompt the SSD is not formatted once the SSD connected. A:It is the normal prompt message if it is the first time installation. If the SSD has been used for a while, please contact with Customer Service for the solution if the SSD has been well-fixed. Q:What should we do if the transfer speed is down？
