Solemn Statement

Recently, we have discovered that certain unscrupulous merchants and individuals, without our authorization, have been unlawfully using the brand name of Gloshine, and have been privately imitating, rebranding, and assembling W-Series LED display products for unauthorized resale. Such counterfeit and infringing activities seriously disrupt market order, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of our valued customers and partners, and severely damage our brand image and reputation. To rectify the market, uphold order, and protect consumer rights, we hereby issue the following solemn statement:

All "Gloshine W Series LED Display" products that are not officially manufactured by us, lack original factory production records, have not been authorized for sale through official channels, and are produced through private assembly, counterfeiting, modification of labels, or refurbishment, are counterfeit and shoddy products and have no affiliation whatsoever with Shenzhen Gloshine Technology Co., Ltd.

With respect to all counterfeit, imitation, and rebranded products, we do not provide any form of quality warranty, after-sales service, technical support, or official certification services. All risks, losses, and disputes arising from the procurement or use of counterfeit products shall be borne solely by the purchasers and sellers of such counterfeit goods.

Regarding all illegal acts involving the unauthorized use of our trademarks, trade names, and product models for manufacturing or selling counterfeit goods, our legal team has fully collected and secured evidence. We will subsequently take all legal measures available, including complaints, lawsuits, and formal reports to authorities, to rigorously pursue full civil, administrative, and even criminal liability against the infringing entities and individuals, without any leniency.

We hereby solemnly remind our customers and business partners to purchase products exclusively through our official channels and authorized distributors. Please be sure to verify product factory information, production records, and authorization credentials to guard against counterfeits, avoid procurement risks, and protect your legitimate rights and interests.
