Before LED module is produced, the SMD lamps needs to be baked at 65 degrees for 12 hours in order to remove the moisture of the SMD lamps and ensure more reliable SMD lamps in long run.

Parylene Coating, utilizing the hydrophobicity of the material, similar to the lotus leaf effect, to coat the lamps to protect lamps from moisture air. As indoor screen is not waterproof, so if your indoor screen to be installed in seaside city, better to add this parylene coating process in production to prevent damage from humidity and salty air.
