Sometimes, the best proof of quality isn't found in a test report. It's found in everyday use.
This morning, I stopped by our engineering lab to learn more about our products from one of our test engineers.
While we were talking, he pointed to a USB receptacle on the wall and casually said:
"That one has been here since our Huizhou factory was built. It's been in daily use ever since, and we've never had an issue with it."
I had actually heard our founder mention this outlet before, but seeing it still working after all these years was different.
It made me stop and think.
When this receptacle was installed, I was only in elementary school. Today, more than a decade later, it's still doing exactly what it was designed to do.
As someone in sales, moments like this give me even more confidence when talking to customers.
Sometimes, quality isn't about making big claims.
It's about building products that people simply don't have to think about—for years.
I guess that's exactly what Faith stands for.
