The lock will display a message like "Verification Failed" and ask for a password. On the smart lock interface, select the administrator login and input the administrator password to access system settings. Navigate to the Door Lock Function menu on the smart lock interface. Tap on Add User when prompted. In the next menu, choose Add Card.
