Most technicians clearing glue off a chip are using whatever blade is closest. That's how chips get scratched.

The YAXUN YX-SK1 was made specifically for this job, and three things set it apart from an ordinary blade:

The YAXUN YX-SK1 CPU glue removal knife is designed for removing adhesive and black underfill from CPUs, hard drives, PCB surfaces, and all types of BGA chips.

The blade is made from imported material that stays flexible and keeps its shape under high heat, so it conforms closely to the chip surface without damaging chips or pads. The thin profile slides under the chip to lift residue cleanly, so you avoid the two things that ruin a board: prying off pads and scoring traces. The blade head is detachable, so you can swap tips as they dull instead of buying a new tool.

Using one solder paste for every job is a compromise, and most technicians know it.

The YAXUN solder paste series, YX-311 through YX-316, comes in five melting points: 148°C, 158°C, 183°C, 199°C and 215°C. Lower temperatures for heat-sensitive components and delicate rework, higher temperatures for standard and lead-free work. You pick the paste that suits the board instead of pushing your station hotter than the job needs.

In this video we put the paste under the scope. The particles are bright and evenly sized, with no oxidised grey powder and no clumping. That consistency is what gives you smooth wetting and predictable reflow rather than grainy, uneven joints.
