Battery cyclers play a vital role in the development of batteries, making them an indispensable component in any battery testing laboratory or manufacturing facility. Their significance lies in ensuring smooth and efficient battery development processes.

Nebula's NEH Series battery pack cycle test system is equipped with SiC Technology, ensuring extended device lifespan and reducing on-state resistance to just 1/200 of traditional IGBT products. Additionally, its size is minimized to only 1/10 of the previous dimensions. When comparing the use of SiC power to Si-based IGBTs with the same specifications, the total energy losses are less than 1/4. In our recent experiments, we achieved an impressive continuous current rise time of 3.07ms, proving its exceptional performance.

In the future, we will provide more detailed technical explanations about the Nebula battery cycler. We also warmly welcome direct communication and discussions with us to learn more about Nebula.

Our project in Ningde was featured in CGTN, where this can add over 200 kilometers of life to cars within just 8 minutes, and it can accommodate charging for 20 EVs simultaneously. It is China's first standardized smart charging station integrated with an energy storage system, empowered by a DC microgrid. Moreover, it can conduct comprehensive battery examination for EVs and send battery performance reports to the car owner.

In response to the government’s policy of reducing carbon emissions, China's first all DC micro-grid EV integrated battery detection and energy storage system is rapidly rolling out across the country. China’s emphasis on sustainable development and the acceleration of power grid reform is currently a world-renowned phenomenon.

We are honored to be able to jointly participate in this great project with CNTE. Nebula Electronics is taking the parts of and as well as the infrastructure construction of . CNTE develops the whole incredible energy storage system.

BESS Intelligent Super Charging Station is the first domestic standardized intelligent charging station utilizing full DC micro-grid technology to integrate charging piles, energy storage, photovoltaic cells, and on-line battery testing. By innovatively combining energy storage and battery testing technologies, it can facilitate the resolution of power capacity and safety charging issues in the urban central area charging infrastructure amid the rapid development of electric vehicle in the context of carbon neutrality goals by 2050. While enhancing the safety factor in the process of promoting electric vehicles and energy storage applications, it can realize the next generation of to achieve a fast charging technology of 200-300 km with 7-8 minutes of quick charging, thereby resolving users’ concerns over range and battery safety.

This was achieved through a collaborative effort between Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy Co., Ltd and Nebula Electronics , a novel example of the development of the renewable energy storage and EV industry, which might be the best case for exploring the practicability and possibilities of V2G so far.

With the annual production capacity of 12GWh, CNTE Intelligent Energy Storage Industrial Park Project, has officially commenced construction.

On January 11th, 2023, CNTE Technology Co., Ltd. ceremoniously inaugurated the commencement of the construction of their Intelligent Energy Storage Industrial Park project.

The first phase of this ambitious endeavor has a total investment of 515 million RMB. Upon completion, the CNTE Intelligent Energy Storage Industrial Park will be a comprehensive facility, integrating new energy storage equipment manufacturing, energy storage component production, energy storage integrated system R&D, energy storage service operation and maintenance, and providing a full range of energy storage solutions, such as light storage charging check integrated charging stations, industrial and commercial energy storage, and large power storage.

It is expected to become a representative industrial park of new energy storage in Fuzhou City, with an annual capacity of 12GWh.
