Portable Ultrasonic C-Scan for Weld Inspection
Some weld defects cannot be fully understood from the surface alone.
The SolidNDT Mini C Scanner brings portable ultrasonic C-scan imaging directly to the inspection point, enabling visualization and evaluation of weld quality in applications such as:

🔹 Welded nuts and rivets
🔹 Multilayer joints
🔹 Composite material bonding
With a compact scanning head, the system can perform a localized C-scan in approximately 5 seconds while retaining ultrasonic data for further evaluation.

As the demand for safe and reliable lithium-ion batteries continues to grow in the new energy industry, advanced inspection technologies are becoming increasingly important. Our latest innovation introduces an ultrasonic-based non-destructive testing (NDT) solution designed specifically for internal safety evaluation of lithium batteries.

Unlike traditional electrochemical monitoring or X-ray inspection, ultrasonic technology can detect internal changes much earlier in the battery lifecycle—often within the first 10–50 charge/discharge cycles. By analyzing acoustic reflections and transmission characteristics, the system can reveal critical internal conditions such as electrolyte insufficiency, gas bubble formation, delamination, aging patterns, and foreign material contamination.

The integrated desktop intelligent inspection workstation combines air-coupled and immersion ultrasonic scanning modes with advanced data analysis software, enabling multiple imaging methods (A/B/C/sectional views). This allows engineers to visualize defect location, size, and material characteristics in real time, providing deeper insight into battery health and structural integrity.
