One of the things that slows women down in life is having kids.
Only a few women succeed to manage home, kids and work.
It’s not like they don’t want to but the work at home gets too heavy to commit to a regular 9–5.
But 2025 is that year you can reinvent in so many ways.

And use it to build a career from home while still being present with your family.

You don’t need to dress up and sit in traffic.

I know some of you will talk about how you're always working and won't have time.

No missing out on their first words, their school awards, their moments.
Everything in this world needs commitment so you just need to know how to manage your time to get stuff rolling.
And don’t worry, you don’t need a university degree or years of experience to start.

You can even take a notebook and write it down. I want you to write like you're talking to yourself.
1. I Will Discover My Strength That's the first step. Are you good with words? People? Organization? Computers?
There’s a role for every kind of woman. Find where you fit and let's move to the next.
2. I will Pick one skill and focus Don’t chase everything.
Be good at one thing first. The only reason you know someone who has been struggling with working online for the past three is because they try to do everything. If they picked one thing and committed, they won't be struggling anymore.
3. Learn how remote work actually works How to apply.
How to send proposals.
How to create a simple portfolio. What is expected at the job, what tools are needed and how to use them.
