DEAR , I HEAR YOU SAY THIS
“I Run the Business Myself. I Don't Need Accounting Software.” 🤔🤔🤔
This is another common response we hear from business owners.
“For now, I am the one running everything. 😃
"When the business grows and I want to hand it over to someone else, then I'll get a system.”😃
You may have a point there, but let's think about this for a moment. 👇👇👇
Why wait until you delegate the business before you start organizing the business?
An accounting system isn't only for monitoring employees.
It is also for YOU—the business owner.
Even if you personally handle everything.
For instance, don't you want to know:
👉How much did the business actually make?
👉 How much did we spend?
👉 What is our stock position?
👉Who owes us?
👉Who do we owe?
👉Are we really making a profit?
👉 Can I trace a transaction when I need to?
You may know your business very well.
But knowing your business is not the same as having proper records of your business.
Today, everything may be in your head.
Tomorrow, you may have to bring in an accountant, manager or another person to help you run things.
And that's when you discover the importance of having a system.
Because delegation becomes easier when the business has records—not just the owner has knowledge.
My advice,
Don't wait until your business becomes complicated before you introduce structure.
Start recording properly while the business is still manageable. Grow with the system.
Because an accounting system isn't a sign that you have become a big business.
It is one of the things that can help you become a better-managed business.
So, business owners:
👇 If you personally run your business today, do you think you still need an accounting system? Why or why not?
Let's hear your thoughts.
