Many times when I do systems audits for companies, I see time and time again that their systems are working in silos.

They don't communicate with each other, and that creates a frustration in the customer, and it creates a friction in the customer's journey and it should not be like that.

So please make sure that you understand the fundamentals, you understand the components of an online business, and that you make sure that the independent systems communicate with each other so they create one single system and it works together and the elements support each other and so on.
