The new art project puts women and men at the center

We all have female and male parts within us. A woman thinks, feels and acts differently than a man.
Living in our chaotic and destructive and sometimes violent world requires a different way of thinking.
Sometimes I feel like it's a battle of the sexes. Our society is characterized by complacency, power, war, selfishness, self-promotion, lies and a lot of poverty.
With our behavior we are slowly but surely destroying the basis of our existence – our earth.
If we want to achieve something, change something, we have to change the direction of our thinking and actions.

This is only possible together – women and men can learn from each other and take a new path together. If we make an effort to look through other people's eyes, then we can understand each other and treat each other and nature with care.
Specifically, we have to change our basic idea. We can look closely and take personal responsibility for our actions. Go back to the origin and then the circle of life will close.

Writing Experience – Das vierte Kunstwerk aus dieser Serie – Blood

In dieser neuen Serie spiele ich mit Verbindungen von Wörtern, Wortkombinationen, Farben und Linien. Die Worte und deren Bedeutung, die durch meine Gedanken wandern, während ich male, beeinflussen die freien Linien, Farben und Formen, welche auf der Leinwand entstehen. Sie vereinen sich in diesem Bild, um ein fliesendes Thema zu erkunden: Blood.

Wenn wir das Wort Blut hören, dann kommt manchem von uns vielleicht eine Verletzung in den Sinn. Vielleicht auch ein Arzt oder das Spital. Vielleicht aber auch das Herz, der Puls, der in die Höhe hüpft, wenn wir ein Date mit einem geliebten Menschen haben. Oder die Erinnerung, als uns etwas peinlich war und uns die Röte ins Gesicht stieg. Blut ist der Stoff unserer Lebens. Blut versorgt unseren Körper mit Energie. Blut speichert unsere guten und Schlechten Gewohnheiten. Blut ist mehr als nur Flüssigkeit. Es ist der Stoff des Lebens, der Sauerstoff und Nährstoffe in jede Zelle unseres Körpers transportiert. Es ist der Sitz unserer Emotionen, der Erinnerung und der Veränderung.

120 Tage – die Zeit der Erneuerung. So lange dauert es, bis sich alle roten Blutkörperchen erneuert haben. Dies bedeutet, dass jede neue Gewohnheit, die wir in unser Leben integrieren, Zeit braucht, um sich zu festigen und in unseren Blutkreislauf, in unser Sein überzugehen.

Blut ist ein Symbol für Veränderung und Transformation. Blut ist Bewegung und Verbindung, Es fließt durch unsere Adern und verbindet uns mit allen Facetten unseres Seins. Mit jeder Erneuerung entsteht die Chance auf einen Neuanfang. Blut ist ein Symbol für Veränderung und Weiterentwicklung.

Writing Experience – The third work of art from this series – Addiction

In this new series I explore the connection between words, word combinations, colors and lines. The words and their meanings that move through my mind as I paint influence the free lines, colors and shapes that flow onto the canvas. They come together in this artwork to explore a complex theme: addiction.

Addiction probably affects every person in their life. When we hear the word addiction, we often close ourselves off, thinking that others have problems with it but we don't. When we use the word as a verb, it becomes Search – a harmless verb that can become a dangerous trap. We look for our well-being in addiction and seek recognition. We are looking for our freedom, our happiness. Be it in sport, in po*******hy, in exercise, in social media, in meditation, if we don't understand what meditation is, in the consumption of coffee, in the consumption of alcohol or drugs, in the consumption of stimulants or medication, in the addiction to work, in the addiction to giving, in the addiction to love...

It's difficult to look closely. And even harder to break out of. Addiction gives us the illusion of improvement, but it chains us to a vicious circle. Dopamine, the messenger of happiness, captivates us. I know this from my own experience. We do not find true fulfillment outside.

What we feed will grow within us, in our subconscious. When we feed the dark wolf, we are watering the weeds within us.
When we feed the bright wolf, we water the flowers within us – a path that leads through awareness, self-reflection and courage to change.

I first wrote the word addiction on the canvas. Then I worked intuitively with the colors and little by little people, animals, shapes and patterns appeared. I then carefully refined these.

This is also an artwork of hope. We have the chance to change direction in every second of our lives.
