Our large pattern shop specializes in styrofoam patterns for large automotive stamping dies. We are familiar with Chrysler, GM, Ford, Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagon standards. At present we have four CNC machines for foam cutting, one machine with a 2500 mm x 1600 mm x 1000 mm cutting env
elope and our three latest machines with a 6100 mm x 3100 mm x 1000 mm cutting envelope. With the capabilities of our new FrogMill 4-Axis CNC, we can now cut figures, statues, and more complex pieces. Our Frog3D Scanner also gives us the ability to scan objects into the software, scale it up or down, and cut the object on our machines.
