The next wave of AI agents is gonna be messy.

Teams will need to keep track of what these agents are doing as they start showing up across websites / workflows / internal systems.

Google touched on this at Cloud Next ’26 with its Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. It makes sense - once agents move into real workflows.. what can they access, what did they change, who approved it, and where's the record if something goes wrong? 😶

If AI agents are going to be useful, teams NEED to be able to understand, control, and trust them.

A lot of website improvements come down to small structural details, and descriptive link text is one of them!

Age verification is becoming a requirement in more and more apps, and while a lot of systems technically work, they also end up storing more than they need to.

Full DOBs, ID images, raw verification responses, retained records. These create extra security, privacy, and maintenance risk for no reason.

A better approach is to verify age, store the result, and keep sensitive identity data out of the app entirely.

With World Backup Day coming on March 31st, it's worth asking... if something went wrong, could your business restore what it needs?
