I have always wondered if I could have better control over what I see on my newsfeed on Facebook. Sometimes I would notice that I had missed important posts that my friends had made or I get a lot of posts from friends that I don't want to see. I could unfriend but I still want to keep in contact with them on some level.

What I have learned is that if you tap on a friend it brings up that friends main page. Just to the right of their name is a button that says "following". If you tap "following" you are given a choice to "unfollow" or "see first". If you tap "see first", Facebook will put that friends posts at the top of your feed. If you tap "unfollow", Facebook will not put their posts on your newsfeed but you are still friends so you can always go to that friends main page manually and read their posts.

Hope this helps in seeing what you want in your newsfeed.

Are you backing up your photos on your tablet or Phone. If you are not my quick suggestion is google photos . Install this app on your device and set the background upload to wifi only . So that all your monthly allotment of cell data is not all used up. I recommend opening up the app at least once a week to make sure photos are all uploaded. I find the background upload is not always up to date.
