Inflammation is a chain reaction.
At its core, it’s radical chemistry.
Free radicals (R•) are unstable because they’re missing an electron.
They keep reacting…
Until the reaction is completed.
The termination step is simple:
R• + e⁻ + H⁺ → RH
When an electron is available,
the radical stabilizes.
The cascade stops.
Balance returns.
This is why redox matters.
It’s not about eliminating every reactive species.
It’s about restoring the conditions for shutdown.
A grounded body lives in a stable electrical reference.
And many of us have experienced what that feels like:
• Deeper sleep
• Faster recovery
• Calmer baseline
• Less “reactive” physiology
Inflammatory cascades require electrons to end.
Stability is an electron away.
