CBS Engineers Movable 15' × 8' LED Wall for Flagship Store—In Only Three Weeks
When a major retailer decided—late in construction—to replace one of its storefront windows with a fully movable 15-foot by 8-foot LED wall, Commercial Business Services (CBS) was brought in to make it happen under an extremely compressed timeline.
The challenge? The store was already 75% complete, the original LED wall was delayed overseas, and CBS had less than three weeks to design, fabricate and install a completely custom structure.

Custom Engineering Under Pressure
Working through what founder Jerry Cameron calls “the grey zone,” CBS partnered with long-time fabricator Frank Racioppo to rapidly create a safe, code-compliant steel support system that allowed the LED wall to slide forward and back for servicing—despite only 34 inches of front access space completed.


Pushing Beyond “Typical AV”
This project highlights what CBS has built its reputation on: custom engineering, rapid problem-solving, and the ability to deliver highly specialized installations inside challenging environments.
