REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- 4 x 10 hour shifts

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support inbound customer service for a restaurant chain.

Please note:
You must be available to attend training for 4 consecutive days: Tues-Wed-Thurs-Fri from 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Work hours are: 1:00PM to 12:00AM (4 x 10 hour shifts)
We are unable to accommodate PT or student schedules.
Training and work hours are subject to change.

In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and assist callers with product and process related inquiries and professionally represent the client. I’m so proud of our SCC team 😃. To be able to give back to local food banks feels amazing! Our employees raised almost $24.0k through payroll deduction & fundraising events. Our owner & CEO matched the employee’s contribution & topped it up to $50.0k!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
