Okay, so apparently Game Faces aren’t just for the kids. 😂🥎

I’m usually behind the camera telling little ball players, “Okay, now show me your GAME FACE!” 😤

So naturally, I had to see what would happen if I asked my own adult co-ed slo-pitch team to do the same thing.

And… they understood the assignment. 😂

Some intimidating.
Some questionable.
Some giving “I have to work tomorrow, please don’t make this game go into extra innings.” 😭

Turns out grown adults are just as much fun to photograph as the kids. 😉

⚾️💚 Stepping up to the plate the Rampage A's came ready with big smiles! 💚⚾️

These young ball players brought the smiles, the confidence, and plenty of personality in front of the camera.

There's something special about giving kids a photo that makes them feel like the stars of the game. From the lights and smoke to the custom graphics, every player gets their own moment to shine.

A huge thank you to the coaches, players, and families for trusting me to capture another season of baseball memories.

Congratulations to you U15C Phantoms!!

Huge congratulations to the Phantoms Fury U15C team for punching their ticket to the City Playoff Finals! They’ve played flawless softball all tournament and are heading into the championship with a double life!

The dedication these girls have shown to improving their game and ruling the diamond is incredible. Behind every great team is an amazing coaching staff—a huge thank you to Aeysha, Jeff, and Justin for putting in the extra hours to teach, mentor, and lead this group.

Eyes are focused on that Gold Medal. Let’s finish strong, ladies! 🥇

⚾ Baseball isn't just for the boys.

These U9 Royals Warriors girls showed up with confidence, grit, and a whole lot of pink! 💗

The smiles, the determination, and some of the brightest jerseys on the field. There was no missing this team and honestly, I wouldn't want to!

These are exactly the kinds of sessions I love creating: fun, bold, and full of personality.

✨ Kindergarten Graduation Magic ✨

When another mom asked if I'd photograph a few of the kids from Walker's kindergarten class for graduation, I was instantly down.💙🎓

After delivering the photos, she showed her son one of the finished composites... and he looked at it completely puzzled.

"But Mommy... how did I get in that room? We were in the trees!" 🥹😂

I think that's my favourite compliment yet.

That's the magic of photography through a child's eyes. They don't see Photoshop or composites, they see a moment that feels real, and for just a second, they believe they stepped into a classroom made just for celebrating them.

Creating these keepsake portraits has been such a fun little project, and seeing and hearing the kids' reactions makes every minute editing worth it.

Congratulations to the Class of 2026! 🎓❤️

⚾💚 Tiny cleats. Big dreams.

There is something special about photographing the U5 age group. Every smile is genuine, every serious game face lasts about three seconds, and every player is convinced they're about to hit the game-winning home run.

This year's WILD A's crew brought all the personality from big grins to fierce faces and I loved capturing each one of them. These are the photos that parents will look back on years from now and remember where the baseball journey began.

Good luck the rest of the season, little sluggers—have fun, cheer loud, and keep chasing those big baseball dreams! 💚⚾

It was a pleasure capturing the 2026 U15C Saskatoon Phantoms. We created everything from classic team portraits to a dramatic composite that looks as fierce as this team plays.

There are some teams that just feel a little extra special. 💙

This week I had the privilege of photographing the Phantoms U15C team, and every time a Phantom's team calls, I'm excited to say yes.

Why? Because I was a Phantom too.

It's pretty cool to come full circle from wearing the jersey myself to now being the one capturing the memories for the next generation of players. These seasons fly by, but the friendships, the laughs, and the memories made as a Phantom last so much longer.

Some call it mean muggin'... 😤⚾

I call it, "Show me your game face!"

It's always one of my favourite parts of team photo day. The second I ask these little players to give me their toughest look, the personalities come flying out. Some look fierce, some look hilarious, and a few can barely keep a straight face!

These shots end up being some of the best shots of the day because they capture exactly who these kids are.
