One of the most unique parts of my role with Rooted Brand Studio is that sometimes I get the opportunity to work "inside" the brands I help support. 🌿
Breland Counselling & Support is one of those spaces.
While I run Rooted Brand Studio, I also work full-time at Breland Counselling as the Office Manager & Therapy Participant Care Coordinator — which means I get to support both the day-to-day client experience and many of the creative and branding projects behind the scenes.
Because of my background in branding and design, I’ve had the opportunity to help expand and implement Breland Counselling's already beautifully established visual identity throughout the clinic.
And this wasn’t a rebrand.
The foundation was already incredibly thoughtful and meaningful — from the symbolic “B” ribbon honouring Métis roots to the carefully curated colours and typography.
My role was helping bring the full brand system to life in a cohesive and intentional way.
From subtle details within the clinic to the welcoming exterior window wrap, every touchpoint was designed to reflect the same care, warmth, and intention that defines the counselling experience itself.
But beyond the branding, I just want to give a genuine shoutout to the incredible team behind it all. 🤍
Breland Counselling is operated by an amazing all-women team led by a clinic owner who truly cares — not only about the clients who walk through the doors, but also about creating a supportive, compassionate environment for her team.
It’s pretty rare getting to be part of a workplace where purpose, care, and connection are felt in both the work and the culture.
