Il y a 5 ans, nous installions notre premier site à Konabeng.

Nous avons récemment eu le privilège d’y retourner et d’interviewer le chef du village et sa conjointe. Les changements sont concrets :

📶 La connexion est désormais disponible partout dans le village
💸 Les habitants peuvent faire des transactions financières facilement
🌍 Des personnes des villages voisins viennent à Konabeng pour profiter des services

Mais au-delà de la technologie, ce qui ressort le plus des mots du chef du village, c’est le sentiment de dignité et d’appartenance qu’ils ont retrouvé. Pour eux, être connectés, pouvoir accéder aux services et échanger avec le reste du monde, c’est se sentir enfin reconnus comme des citoyens à part entière.

C’est exactement pour ça que nous faisons ce que nous faisons chez NuRAN Wireless : rendre la connectivité accessible ne change pas seulement la vie quotidienne… elle transforme le regard que les gens portent sur eux-mêmes et leur place dans le monde.

Five years ago, we installed our first site in Konabeng.

Recently, we had the privilege of returning and interviewing the chief of the village and his wife. The changes are tangible:

📶 Connectivity is now available throughout the entire village
💸 Residents can carry out financial transactions easily
🌍 People from neighboring villages come to Konabeng to access these services

But beyond the technology, what stands out most is the renewed sense of dignity and belonging. For them, being connected, accessing essential services, and communicating with the rest of the world means finally feeling recognized as full-fledged citizens.

This is exactly why we do what we do at NuRAN Wireless: making connectivity accessible doesn’t just improve daily life, it transforms how people see themselves and their place in the world.
