What if you could actually see where technology should help build a relationship — and where it should get out of the way? 👀

That’s the idea behind the Relationship Continuity Simulator™.

Technology can help us identify relevance.
Prepare for a conversation.
Remember context.
Maintain continuity.
Notice when there may be a genuine reason to reconnect.

But then comes the handoff.

Curiosity. Listening. Judgment. Permission. Sincerity. Contribution. Choice.

Those still belong to us.

Because having someone’s email address, appearing in the same network, or even knowing a great deal about them doesn’t mean we have a relationship.

Relevance can be computed. Relationship cannot.

So what if there were a way to actually experience that distinction?

The Relationship Continuity Simulator™ lets you do exactly that — making visible where intelligent technology can help and where the human needs to take over.

Try it for yourself. 👇

Where would you make the handoff?

We all have people we’ve been meaning to reconnect with. ❤️

What if technology could help us remember the conversation—and give us a gentle nudge to follow through?

The connection is still ours to make.

Until next time, keep asking better questions.

Have you ever thought about how much time businesses spend trying to reach more people… without first getting clear about who they really want to connect with?

A larger network isn't automatically a stronger one.

And finding a relevant connection is only the beginning.

What if better business understanding, supported by intelligent technology, could help create more opportunities for meaningful conversations?

The relationships would still need to be built by people.

That's the thinking behind this week's carousel: Showing Up Isn't the Same as Building Relationships.

👇 Explore the story.

Where do you see the bigger challenge in business today: finding relevant people to connect with, or developing the relationships once you've met?

When things are uncertain, it's natural to want another answer. 👀

Another forecast. Another report. Another opinion.

But sometimes the useful question isn't “What will happen next?”

It's “What has changed since we last looked?”

Our Clarity OS™ Technology Perspective explores how intelligent technology can support better observation and questioning while uncertainty remains.

Ever notice how much information we collect when we can't tell what will happen next?

Another forecast. Another report. Another opinion.

Sometimes more information helps. Sometimes the answer simply isn't available yet because the situation is still changing.

So here's an interesting question for business owners and teams:

What if intelligent technology could help us notice what's changing, question our assumptions and recognize what deserves our attention now — without pretending it knows what's going to happen next?

That's the possibility we're beginning to explore. 👀

Have a look at this week's Clarity Principles™ carousel. 👇

Sometimes the hardest part of a conversation isn't what was said.

It's what each person thinks happened.

You know what you meant.

They know what they experienced.

And those two things can be very different.

That's where I think we create a lot of unnecessary friction.

We look at an interaction from our own side and think:

“They're not listening.”

“They're being unreasonable.”

“They should understand.”

But what if we're missing something?

What if there are actually three views happening at the same time?

👀 My view
What I believe I'm asking, offering, contributing or experiencing.

👀 Your view
What you believe I'm asking, offering, contributing or creating for you.

👀 The reality
What's actually happening between us.

That's The Clarity Between Us™.

And here's the part I find interesting:

The goal isn't to make the three views identical.

We don't have to agree.

We don't even have to change our minds.

We just need to be able to see the difference.

Because sometimes the friction isn't coming from a bad intention.

It's coming from two reasonable people operating from two different versions of the same interaction.

And that changes the question.

Instead of:

“Who's right?”

Maybe we ask:

“What are we each actually seeing?”

That's a very different conversation.

And it applies to almost everything we do in business — leadership, sales, partnerships, collaboration, expectations and decisions.

I'm also curious about what happens when technology enters that picture.

Could connected intelligence help us see where two perspectives align, where they diverge, and where something is simply missing or unclear?

Not to decide who's right.

Not to decide what we should do.

Just to make the situation clearer for the humans involved.

Because maybe intelligence doesn't always need to give us the answer.

Maybe sometimes its greatest value is helping us see what's actually happening.

Intelligence clarifies.

Humans decide.

What interaction in your business might look different if you could see all three views?

Ever get frustrated because someone just doesn't see it the way you do?

You know what you meant.

You know what you were asking.

You know why it made sense.

So why don't they see it?

Maybe they're not being difficult.

Maybe you're simply looking at the same interaction from a different place.

There are three views in an interaction:

👀 My view
👀 Your view
👀 The reality of what's actually happening between us.

And when those three don't match…

friction follows.

That's The Clarity Between Us™.

It shows up everywhere in business — leadership, sales, partnerships, collaboration, expectations and decisions.

The interesting question isn't always:

“Who's right?”

Maybe it's:

“What are we each actually seeing?”

And that got us thinking…

What if technology could help make those differences visible before the human relationship has to spend all its energy figuring them out?

Not to decide who's right.

Not to make the decision for us.

Just to make what's happening clearer.

Intelligence clarifies. Humans decide.

What interaction in your business might look different if you could see all three views?

💭 What if the best business principles aren't taught...
..they're discovered?

We see it all the time.

Something keeps happening.

A conversation goes sideways.
A decision gets stuck.
A team keeps solving the wrong problem.
A process creates more work than it should.

And eventually someone asks:

🤔 Why does this keep happening?

That's where things get interesting.

At Connects You, we're exploring what happens when we stop jumping straight to solutions and take a closer look at the friction itself.

What’s underneath it?

What pattern are we missing?

What assumption might be getting in the way?

And sometimes, underneath all of that, there’s a simple truth.

💡 That’s what we call a Clarity Principle™.

The principle doesn't give you the answer.

It gives you a better lens through which to see the situation.

And once you see something differently...

you can make a different choice.

Then comes the really interesting question:

✨ What if this didn't have to keep happening?

Sometimes the answer is human.

Sometimes it’s a better conversation, a different decision, or a change in how we work.

And sometimes...

⚡ technology has changed what’s possible.

Could technology actually help us solve this?

That’s the thinking we're exploring through the Clarity Principles™.

Friction → Pattern → Clarity → Better Questions → Possibility

Human understanding first.

Technology second.

Because maybe the next breakthrough doesn't begin with better technology.

Maybe it begins with a better question.

Everyone is talking about AI for revenue. Almost no one is rebuilding how growth actually THINKS. If your “RevOps + AI” stack still means static dashboards, scattered docs, and random prompts, you’re already behind. AI didn’t fix the problem – it exposed it.

Vague positioning, fuzzy ICPs, and fragmented narratives are now amplified at scale.

This article shows how to install an AI-native strategic brain behind your GTM:
- One place where your positioning, ICP psychology, neuromarketing signals, and narratives live as a system
- One OS that tells you what to say, to whom, and why it will convert
- One growth engine that turns AI from a toy into a revenue amplifier If you’re a founder, CMO, or revenue leader who suspects you have a clarity problem, not an effort problem, this is for you.

Read the full post to see what an AI-powered Growth OS actually looks like in practice—and subscribe to the Clarity OS newsletter to stay ahead while others are still bolting tools together and hoping for the best.

Most companies are missing a critical organ. ❌ Not a dashboard. ❌ Not another CRM. ❌ A filter. ❌ In neuroscience, your brain survives information overload thanks to the Reticular Activating System.

The RAS sits in the brainstem and performs one brutal job:

It decides what deserves your attention.

Every second your brain receives millions of signals:

❎sounds
❎movements
❎faces
❎colors
❎threats
❎patterns

Without the RAS, everything would reach consciousness.

Result: total cognitive paralysis.

So the brain filters.

It suppresses noise.
Surfaces relevance.
Prioritizes signals.

Now look at most companies.

Their “nervous system” looks like this:

🚫CRM
🚫analytics
🚫marketing tools
🚫sales tools
🚫ads dashboards
🚫support platforms
🚫data warehouses

Tools everywhere.
Signals everywhere.

But no filtering organ.

This is why executives stare at dashboards and still ask:

• Why did the deal happen?
• Which signals predicted conversion?
• Which ICP cluster actually drives revenue?
• Which content triggered buying intent?

The data exists.

But the signal architecture is broken.

CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho are storage systems.

They collect.

They don’t filter.

And when everything is visible…

Nothing is clear.

This is the real role of ClarityOS.

Not another dashboard.

A Revenue Reticular Activating System.

It filters the chaos of buyer signals and surfaces only what matters:

✅Which ICP converts fastest.
✅Which content drives pipeline.
✅Which deals will slip.
✅Which signals predict revenue.

The brain evolved the RAS to survive sensory overload.

Modern companies now face the same problem:

Revenue signal overload.

The next generation of systems will not be data tools.

They will be decision filters.

The companies that install a Revenue Nervous System will move faster.

The others will keep drowning in dashboards.

Welcome to the era of the Revenue RAS.
