Running pro Kun invited me to come watch the race, and I was happy to cheer them on! At the 2025 Course Saint-Laurent, the 10 km champion, runner #3576, finished in around 32 minutes—starting off with a smile, calm and confident. Even the local police officers, fully geared up, joined in the race, adding to the energetic and safe atmosphere.

Watching them run was truly inspiring—it reminded me of the power of perseverance and the beauty of movement. I hope that one day, I’ll be able to catch up with their pace and enjoy the freedom and fulfillment that comes with running. Let’s keep pushing forward!
