• Adapting provided teaching material to personal teaching style (editing PowerPoints, handouts, etc.).
• Preparing for classes and making sure course outline and objectives are being followed.
• Answering emails and student questions, as needed.
• Doing research and preparing information for class, as needed.
• Teaching a 3-hour class each week to a group of adults from various backgrounds.
• Deliver comprehensive, effective, and timely training that will enable adult learners with different levels of computer experience to productively and efficiently use technology
• Assess skills, build abilities, coach on productivity
• Promote technology and best practices among individual and practice groups and provide problem solving cases to students

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum two years of training experience and be able to educate and motivate adult learners
• High proficiency in MS Office, and Advanced knowledge for MS Excel
• Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Ability to work outside of normal schedule as needed
• Must have Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent public speaking and personal interaction skills are essential
• Friendly, works well others of different backgrounds.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Degree in Education or Computer Science is preferred

The Field technician duties are:
• Drive to clients’ sites to perform services.
• Systems trouble shooting software and hardware.
• Cable pulling, termination and managing.
• Server’s hardware and software installations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, switches/routers, and firewalls) and web-based technologies and tools (HTTP, DNS, SMTP, NS Lookup) required
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Ability to work outside of normal schedule as needed
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
