I'm an IT field technician with 15+ years of experience in the field. I've worked for several Managed Services Providers and was part of IT divisions of non-tech companies that allowed me to be exposed to many different technologies.
I am now offering various services to serve your IT needs for your business and/or home.
When you contact me, I will conduct a free consultation to get an idea of what the main issues are. This can be done in person or over the phone/text.
If you are located outside of Mackenzie, I can create a remote session and we can converse together to verify the issue. If it requires service in person, we can always arrange something.
Once I establish a plan of action, I will get to work on the issue.
