So what can JK-IT do for me or my small business? Advisors
The first and foremost thing we have done, and continue to do for our clients is act as their trusted advisors. IT is a constantly changing landscape and we provide our knowledge and experience to improve existing systems and consult on things our clients may not have heard of before.

2. Support and Maintenance

Almost all of our clients have a version of ongoing support and maintenance with our firm. Everyone from a basement office to 20 user offices can benefit from some ongoing TLC in the technology sense

3. Office 365
Many of our clients have found the benefits of an advanced syncronizing mail system plus standardizing their office on the same version of the Microsoft Office software package. JK-IT has been there from the initial discussion until every user was setup and trained on the new system, often in only a matter of days.

4. Monitoring

Almost all of our clients have taken the option for us to remotely keep a health check on their IT stuff and at least call them if we notice something isn't running 100%

5. Just Help Me

Of course, this is where many of our relationships started and it is where we continue to meet new people. If you have a problem, get in touch with us and we will help. While we are fixing something, if we notice an area of improvement, we will always bring it to your attention. Taking Work Home With You

Many of our clients met us at the office, and then took us home and didn't get fired for stealing from the office. We are happy to keep your stuff online at home too.

Staying in touch with the kids, grandparents and friends is important too. If your PC won't go online or Facebook won't login or Skype isn't hearing your voice, we can help.

3. Your Data

Pictures of a first birth, vacation or your thesis document isn't any less important than the company financial database to us. Let us help you make sure your own precious data remains safe and sound.

4. oh my! Gadgets are great, but we don't all have that 7 year old mentality to just make them work on command. Let us help you figure those things out and find fun ways to make them useful in your life.
