Hiiiii everyone! I’ve been quiet on here, and I’ll tell you why!
Last year, at the start of this worldwide shift, I took to deigning as a therapeutic way to spread some laughter at a time when everyone was feeling so dark.
The COVID Collection took off quickly 🚀 and people appreciated the sweet sentiments that they received from loved ones in the mail when they couldn’t be together. 🤍
Over the past number of months, the world has started to feel very dark. Deep divides over what’s right and what’s wrong, ‘unprecedented’ levels of snap judgment of others, and many large scale decisions being made that make this world difficult to understand.
COVID has consumed our lives, and cast a shadow on the overall joy of humanity.
That darkness cannot be lifted by perpetuating more darkness and feeding the COVID energy.
I refuse to believe that we will be forced apart from each other forever, and I am maintaining faith that we can mend the divide that we have allowed, and come back together as one for humanity.
And so, instead, I have decided to shift my focus from fighting the darkness, to spreading the light!
The COVID Collection will be revamped over the coming weeks, into the ✨Spread the Light Collection✨ which began its debut in the Spring edition of The Shop Local Box !
