Warning signs of employee burnout include lack of motivation, detachment from work, irritability, and increased absenteeism.

If you know the signs, you can address the issue and work on reversing burnout through mental health-focused initiatives.

Try implementing things like:

-Flexible work schedules
-Team meditation or yoga sessions
-Encouraging PTO (personal time off) & vacation days
-Asking for feedback and encouraging open two-way communication
