Another terrific recipient of funding from our partnership with the Diamond Valley Car Club. Look at those Rock Stars :)

As the Foothills Energy Co-op continues to build strong local partnerships with a variety of community service groups, it is our hope that the Diamond Valley community will recognize this and become one of our community customers.

The more customers we have from the Diamond Valley, the more we can give back.

Looking forward to continuing our sponsorship with Diamond Valley Car Club Diamond Valley Show & Shine and growing "Electric Avenue"....next year will feature some pretty cool cars.

Great work by our friends at the Diamond Valley Show & Shine.

Here's the first of our charity donations from our Show & Shine proceeds. We met with a group from the Foothills 4H group to present a cheque for $1000.00. The 4H club volunteers their time to help out on Show & Shine day and we sure appreciate their help. More donations to come.....stay tuned.

We were proud to receive this plaque from the Diamond Valley Show & Shine.

Our Presenting Sponsorship of "Electric Avenue" this year was a terrific start to building our local community events relationship with this terrific group.

The current focus of the Foothills Energy Co-op is to build our local Diamond Valley customer base so that we can continue to support the various local community events.

Whether it be the Diamond Valley Light Up, New Years Celebration, Parade Day, and The Show & Shine, we are able to provide significant financial support to all of these local events from the support of our 2500 customers across Alberta.

When you purchase your electricity and natural gas from The Foothills Energy Co-op, we take the profits (100%) and return them to the Diamond Valley community through sponsorships like these.

The more Diamond Valley customers we have the more we can give back to the community. We are a volunteer Board that manages a not for profit energy marketing company right here in Diamond Valley.

We are doing our best to let you know who we are and what we do. Many of you have commented that you see us around more and more, and that our visibility is much greater. We can also tell that we are making progress as we are gaining new Diamond Valley customers every month.

So jump an board, we'd love to have you help us give back to Diamond Valley.

We had a great time participating in the Diamond Valley Sustainable Living Centre Open House this past weekend. The complimentary burgers and hot dogs were terrific. Good work Larry Kaputska.

As we continue to work on letting the Diamond Valley Community know "Who We Are" and "What We Do" - it's events like this that allow us to meet and greet with local residents and explain how we and they can give back to the community.
