So I have been talking to many email marketers and social media marketers for the past year or so. The main reason was to iterate a product that would solve an underlying issue, or assist in the daily lives of marketers. I have found that these two different modes of marketing, are similar in their goals, yet they view themselves as totally different in their approaches. So much so that there are specific roles designated in organizations for Email Marketers and Social Media Marketers, two separate and distinct departments. Having good content and creating good content continuously is the key to building a good tribe and following.
Needless to say, if you don't have a strong email list at the very beginning of a startup, it will be difficult for you to conduct email marketing. So it becomes a chicken before the egg situation. Also as a startup, content creation is really time consuming, so any hack or quick headway goes a long way. So I thought to myself, why not create a tool that shares your email marketing to social media, with scheduling and automation capabilities. Hence the creation of SCC Loop. Which is an email marketing to social media tool, with scheduling and automation capabilities.
app.scccloop.com --> currently in beta stage, we don't even have a landing page or website just yet, and are working on more social media platforms, currently have Facebook as our starting point.
