📢 Vacancy Announcement

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Customer Service Executive – 4 Positions (Female Preferred)
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Minimum qualification: Class 12
Strong communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently
Provide accurate information about company services
Confident in promoting and selling services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage calls, emails, and walk-in clients professionally
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

2. IT Technician – 5 Positions
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Qualification: Class 12 or below
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Assist in system and network setup
Provide technical support to staff
Perform regular maintenance and system checks
Maintain records of IT services and repairs
Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented.

3. Billing Head – 1 Position
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Class 12
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Strong leadership, billing management, and team supervision skills.

4. Billing Team Members – 2 Positions
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Class 12
Prior experience in billing or related field preferred
Basic accounting knowledge
Attention to detail and teamwork skills
