Where Achievements Shine, and Memories Come Alive.

An evening filled with appreciation, celebration, and unforgettable moments, Perfect Night Awards & Musical Event 2026 brought together the Perfect Family to recognise the individuals who make a difference across Perfect Group.

At the heart of the celebration was recognising our people and their achievements. The Best Employees of the Year 2026 were honoured with trophies, cash prizes, and promotions, while the Awesome Employees of the Year 2026 received trophies, certificates, and annual increments in appreciation of their contributions.

The occasion also honoured contractors who have served the Group for more than 10 years, presenting them with certificates in recognition of their longstanding contributions and dedicated service.

Employees who completed a decade with the Group were celebrated through the Long Service Recognition Awards, marking an important milestone in their professional journey.

Recognition extended beyond the workplace as we proudly celebrated employees' children's academic achievements, acknowledging their accomplishments and encouraging their future aspirations.

The celebration continued with an exciting lineup of musical and cultural performances, bringing energy, creativity, and entertainment to the stage. Outstanding performers were also rewarded for their talents.

We were privileged to have our Vice Chairman, Mr. Karma Dorjee, and Group Advisor, Mr. Pema Tenzin, grace the occasion with their presence, making the gathering even more meaningful.

As the evening concluded, Perfect Night 2026 left us with more than memories of awards and performances. It was a reminder that every achievement has people behind it, and every contribution deserves to be valued.

Perfect IT Services (P*S), a Perfect Group company, invites applications for the position of Head of Perfect IT Services at the General Manager / Deputy General Manager level.

The selected candidate will lead P*S across IT services and infrastructure, ERP solutions, digital marketing, consumer electronics, and internal ICT support, with responsibility for business performance, service quality, revenue growth and business development.

Position: Head of Perfect IT Services
Location: Phuntsholing, Chukha
Employment Type: Full-time, Regular

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:
5–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership or managerial experience in a private or public organisation.

Salary:
Nu. 70,000–100,000 gross per month, as determined in accordance with the company’s service rules.
