For a long time, I kept my story to myselfโ€”thinking it was just about me, or that no one else would relate. But over time, I realized: ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐งโ€™๐ญ ๐ฆ๐ž๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฒ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ก๐š๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌโ€”๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฒ ๐œ๐š๐ง ๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ž, ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ž, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ๐ž ๐ญ๐จ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ.

Iโ€™m sharing my story because I want to ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ž ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฌ, ๐ฆ๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐œ๐ก๐จ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ฌ, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ค๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐, even when the path isnโ€™t clear.

These lessons have shaped my career as a project management consultant and trainer, and now theyโ€™re forming the foundation of my ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐›๐จ๐จ๐ค, ๐‘ณ๐’Š๐’‡๐’† ๐’Š๐’” ๐’‚ ๐‘ท๐’“๐’๐’‹๐’†๐’„๐’•: ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’๐’‚๐’ˆ๐’† ๐‘ฐ๐’• ๐‘พ๐’†๐’๐’, coming later this year.

Some days pass on the calendarโ€ฆ but the message is still worth saying.

Professional Speakers Celebration Day was a few days ago (March 14), and it got me reflecting.

Speaking isnโ€™t just about delivering a great presentation.
Itโ€™s about responsibility.

Every time we step in front of an audienceโ€”whether itโ€™s a keynote, a workshop, or a training sessionโ€”weโ€™re shaping how people think, lead, and act.

And if Iโ€™m being honestโ€ฆ
In todayโ€™s world, inspiration alone isnโ€™t enough.

People donโ€™t just need motivation.
They need clarity.
They need practical strategies.
They need something they can actually APPLY when they walk out of the room.

Thatโ€™s the standard I hold myself to every time I speak.

Because success isnโ€™t about what sounds good in the momentโ€”
itโ€™s about what people DO differently after.
