In 2023, I created this Porsche illustration inspired by Buzz Lightyear simply because I thought it was a fun and creative combination.
Three years later, in 2026, seeing Porsche and Disney officially unveil a Toy Story-inspired Porsche to promote the new movie genuinely made me smile.
I’m not saying they were inspired by my work at all. The creative world is full of people arriving at similar ideas from completely different places.
What makes me happy is seeing that an idea I enjoyed creating years ago now exists in the real world.
Sometimes the best part of being creative isn’t being right — it’s realizing that your imagination was traveling down a path that others eventually explored too.
