🌿 Tsukiden Electronics Philippines Inc. Participates in SILAKBO 2026 "Our POWER Our PLANET"

Last May 10, 2026, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines Inc. proudly participated in (Sikad, Lakad, Takbo) SILAKBO 2026 with the theme "Our POWER our PLANET" held in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna , together with different participating companies united for a meaningful cause.

With a total of 20 participants, the activity highlighted teamwork, camaraderie, and the company’s commitment to community involvement and environmental awareness. Employees actively joined the event alongside participants from various organizations, promoting unity, collaboration, and shared responsibility.

Through activities like SILAKBO 2026, Tsukiden Electronics continues to encourage employee engagement while supporting initiatives that create positive impact within the community.

BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026

On April 29, 2026, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines Inc. actively participated in Brigada Eskwela 2026 by extending support to the children of its employees. As part of the CSR activity, the company provided school supplies from Grade 1 to Grade 3, helping them prepare for the upcoming school year.

The activity aimed to ease the financial burden of parents while encouraging young learners to pursue their education with confidence and enthusiasm. Each set of school supplies was given with the hope of inspiring the students to do their best in school and reminding them that their Tsukiden Electronics family supports their journey.

Through this simple yet impactful gesture, Tsukiden Electronics continues to demonstrate its commitment to community involvement, education, and employee welfare. FIRST AID TRAINING

Last March 3 to 6, 2026, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines Inc. conducted a First Aid Training for selected employees composed of staff and operators from different departments and sections. The training aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in providing immediate assistance during medical emergencies and workplace incidents.

Throughout the four-day training, participants learned basic life-saving procedures such as proper first aid response, emergency handling, and the importance of quick and correct action in critical situations. The activity also encouraged teamwork, awareness, and preparedness among employees, ensuring that they are capable of responding effectively when emergencies occur in the workplace.

This initiative reflects Tsukiden’s continued commitment to promoting health, safety, and readiness, empowering employees with the confidence and capability to help protect the well-being of their colleagues and maintain a safe working environment.

VALENTINES DAY CELEBRATION

On February 13, 2025, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines Inc. celebrated Valentine’s Day with a fun and meaningful appreciation activity for its employees. The workplace was filled with cheerful decorations, exciting games, and free cupcakes that brought smiles and sweetness to everyone’s day. A Valentine’s photo booth was also set up, allowing employees to capture happy moments with their colleagues and friends. The celebration aimed to spread joy, strengthen bonds, and create a positive and lively work environment.

LTAI CSR Zombie Run 2025

On October 25, 2025, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines, Inc. actively participated in the LTAI (CSR) Zombie Run 2025
held at Gate 2 Laguna Technopark Grounds, Biñan, Laguna. The event combined fun and fitness with a meaningful cause,
as employees and partner companies joined together to support LTAI’s CSR advocacy.

Participants from Tsukiden showed great energy as they ran through the course filled with “zombies” and
exciting challenges, all while contributing to our community. The activity aimed to promote health, teamwork,
and social awareness, proving that giving back to the community can be both enjoyable and impactful.

After the run, participants gathered for a short program and awarding of winners, followed by light refreshments and
photo opportunities. The camaraderie and teamwork displayed throughout the event reflected Tsukiden’s commitment to
supporting CSR initiatives and fostering positive partnerships with LTAI.

It was truly a fun-filled and meaningful experience — a perfect blend of fitness, teamwork, and social responsibility
that strengthened Tsukiden’s spirit of collaboration and compassion.

WELCOME DINNER

On October 22, 2025, Tsukiden Electronics Philippine, Inc. hosted a Welcome Dinner to warmly greet its newly hired employees. The event served as an opportunity to foster connection, camaraderie, and a sense of belonging among the new members of the Tsukiden electronics family.

During the event, the HRD Section Head Ms. Jennifer M. Monteza shared a heartfelt message, emphasizing the importance
of continuous learning, collaboration, and embodying the company’s core values. And the President of Tsukiden Electronics Philippine, Inc. Mr. Edgardo B. Etac also extended his warm welcome, encouraging the new employees to take pride in their work and contribute to the company’s shared goals and success.

The evening was filled with good food, laughter, and meaningful conversations for our new employees shared experiences
and stories.

On October 10, 2025, Tsukiden Electronics Philippines, Inc. celebrated its 22nd Loyalty Awarding held at SEDA Hotels, Nuvali.
Recognizing their employees who have dedicated 5, 10, 15 years and beyond of service to the company.
The awardees were honored in a special ceremony with Plaque, tokens of appreciation, and heartfelt messages from Mr. Edgardo B. Etac (President) and Mr. Kenji Komatsu (General Manager). Their loyalty and hard work continue to be a strong foundation of Tsukiden’s success.

After the awarding, everyone enjoyed a special dinner prepared for all employees. Colleagues shared stories, laughter, and appreciation for the awardees’ journey and commitment. It was a simple yet powerful reminder that at Tsukiden, loyalty is valued, celebrated, and shared.
