I used to think tech gurus were born different.

You know…
Those devs who build websites in 2 hours, talk about APIs like they’re reciting poems, and charge $2,000 like it’s pocket change.

I thought maybe they had a magic laptop.
Maybe their brain was upgraded.
Maybe they had access to some secret coding temple I wasn’t invited to. 😭😂

But let me tell you the real truth.

I started exactly where most beginners are right now:
confused, overwhelmed, googling everything, fixing bugs I didn’t understand, undercharging, doing free work just to be seen, and praying my code wouldn’t disgrace me in front of clients.

There was a time I didn’t know the difference between frontend and backend.
A time I spent 3 hours debugging a typo.
A time I restarted the same project 5 times because “something broke.”
A time I wondered if I even belonged in this industry.

But something changed…

Every project I built added one brick to my confidence.
Every mistake taught me something I didn’t know before.
Every small client pushed me one level higher.
Every day I showed up even tired I became more valuable.

And now?

No, I don’t charge $2,000 for a website…
Not yet.

But today, I understand my worth.
Today, my skills speak louder.
Today, my journey is no longer guesswork it’s growth.

So if you’re still in the phase of charging small, learning slowly, or doubting yourself, hear me clearly:

You’re not behind.
You’re building.
You’re becoming.
And your value is increasing silently, even on days you can’t feel it.
